What is it? Champagne
What’s it made from? Pinot Meunier - Pinot Noir - Chardonnay
Where’s it from? Vrigny, Montagne de Reims in the Champagne region of France
What’s it taste like? The aroma is doughy, with some brioche notes coming through too. In the mouth, the richness is cut by a razor-sharp acidity, accentuated by the lack of residual sugar (just 5g/l). It's persistent in both flavor and gum-tingling acids, with the apple, bread and spice flavors kept in check.
Fun Facts: Biodynamic, organically farmed and vegan-friendly. Spontaneously fermented and unfined.

What are they? Blends! A red and a white, respectively.
What are they made from?
RED: Zinfandel - Syrah - Mission - Petite Sirah - Cabernet Sauvignon - Alicante Bouschet
WHITE: Pinot Grigio - Sauvignon Blanc - Vermentino - Verdelho
Where are they from? California
What do they taste like?
RED: Ripe, brambley black and red berries and autumnal earthiness come together wrapped in velvety tannins. The finish is long, with juicy dark fruit and chewy spice. This supremely crowd-pleasing, organic red is a blend of Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Mission. Packed with enough Beaujolais-esque carbonic goodness to go from a campfire on a chilly evening to the cooler for a summer BBQ, this is a bottle that any red wine drinker can get behind.
WHITE: This unusual white blend is made from organically farmed grapes, fermented in neutral vessels to give a bright wine with a refreshing amount of acidity and some food friendly texture.
Fun Facts: Fermented by natural yeasts, with no sulfur or additives. As a restaurant buyer and wine lover Patrick Cappiello was always frustrated by the lack of affordable, honest wines from California. Monte Rio ((offshoot, ‘Skull Wines’)) his project with Cali wine giant Pax Mahle, is looking to address that.
